Everything you need to know before your trip

How do I book a trip?
You can book directly through our website, call us at +256 782 725 895, or send us a WhatsApp message. A 35% deposit is required to secure your booking, and we will share a detailed itinerary with your coordinator.
What's included in the tours?
Our packages typically include transport, accommodation (where applicable), professional guide services, and listed activities. Specific inclusions are detailed on each package page. Meals are included as specified (e.g., half-board).
What safety measures are in place?
Your safety is our priority. All our guides are trained in first aid and emergency procedures. We follow strict protocols for wildlife encounters, provide safety briefings before activities, and maintain well-maintained vehicles. Always follow your guide's instructions and stay with the group.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one month in advance for the best preparation, especially for gorilla trekking permits which are limited. For peak seasons (June-August, December-February), book even earlier to avoid disappointment.
What are group trips?
Group trips are custom-designed travel experiences tailored to the specific interests, pace, and logistics of a private group rather than a fixed itinerary. We handle everything from logistics and reservations to accommodation, transport, and activities for groups of 10 or more.
What is included in the trips?

What is the average group size?
Our group trips typically accommodate between 10 and 30 travelers, though we can customize for smaller or larger groups depending on your needs. Contact us for specific group size arrangements.
Can I travel alone?
Absolutely! Solo travelers are welcome on any of our packages or group trips. You can join an existing group or we can design a private solo itinerary just for you.
Are flights included?
Domestic transfers within Uganda are included in our packages, but international flights to and from Uganda are not included. We can assist with flight recommendations if needed.
What does double occupancy mean?
Double occupancy means two people sharing a room (typically a couple or two travel companions). Single occupancy is available at an additional supplement. Our rates are generally quoted per person based on double occupancy.
Can I change or transfer my trip booking?

Do you offer local/East African rates?
Yes! Special local and East African rates apply for residents. International travelers are welcome too — please contact our reservations team for your specific package pricing.
